
We are the Kingstons! A Brazilian family that shares the love for
cooking - from the farm to the grill, from the grill to the table, from the
table to the heart and soul of our family and friends.
Each family has their very own secret ingredient in the kitchen,
and salt has been ours…My family pioneered salt farming in Mossoro, harvesting with
passion the finest and purest grains from pristine Atlantic waters. Handcrafted
in Brazil, our specialty salt and Fleur de Sel are delicacies, garnishing
every dish and bringing them to perfection.


Salt has shaped our cooking and grilling for generations.
For so many, salt is the most basic kitchen staple, yet for us, it’s “white gold”, the only ingredient that can truly reveals the full aroma, texture and complexity of dishes.
Every time that we set our grill on fire, we charter new territories, we experiment and create, we stop time around us, we center on our family values, and with no rush, cherish the long-lasting relationships around the table.
We started Kings on Fire to bring our Salts to the US, inspire others to grill and cook, and empower them to enjoy unique food experiences.

In our family, every food carries its own story, and every
person has a story to tell about food. Food stories help us live through all
our senses, share experiences and inspire us to connect.
In our food experiences, we imagine, taste,
smell, hear, see and feel our food, creating single memories for life. Food
